Submit your plans to us for preliminary quote and pricing. Drawing should have BCIN or OAA stamp. Please email info at ostan dot ca if your plans do not have any of these.

Get Quote

Receive a quote within 24 to 48 hours of submitting the plans.

Receive Stamped Drawings

Receive reviewed and stamped drawings, with a structural letter within 14 business days. All structural markups will be appended to the permit drawings.

What if my Drawings isn't stamped by a BCIN holder or Architect?

We might still be able to assist you with the review. However, these are reviewed on an individual basis. You can email us with the plans and we will be in touch.

We currently do not offer “assessments only.”
However, we can provide an assessment as part of our design scope. 

We can do a site visit to determine what you need, our fee for site visits is $450 + HST. However, this fee is credited back to the project if you retain our services.
